Hi! I'm Taryn De Sio Garber, M.Ed., MS, Founder of Whole Health Consulting LLC. I’m a purpose-driven leader with nearly two decades of experience advancing health promotion, integrative health, workforce well-being, and program implementation across healthcare, nonprofit, academic, and philanthropic settings.
At the heart of my work is a collaborative, people-centered approach. I help partners move ideas from vision into practice in ways that are thoughtful, feasible, and grounded in real-world systems. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on hundreds of pilots, projects, and programs, from unit-level initiatives to national efforts. This work has spanned formal and informal mentorship, clinical care, education, research, policy, foundation-supported initiatives, and for-profit corporate training.
Along the way, I’ve learned from and partnered with extraordinary leaders in New York and across the United States.
