Hello 

Over the years, I’ve learned that my most meaningful work has happened both within and beyond the formal roles I’ve held. Alongside full-time positions in healthcare, nonprofit, academic, and corporate settings, I’ve served in volunteer leadership roles within professional organizations, contributed as a board member, mentored colleagues and students, and partnered with people through lived experience, service, and shared learning.  Across these spaces, I’ve supported new initiatives and projects, reviewed proposals, and helped advance human-centered leadership, whole health models of care, and program implementation in education and practice. This work has been shaped not only by my professional roles, but also by the relationships, communities, and systems I’ve had the privilege to learn from.

More than once, organizational leaders have said to me, “You have such a unique and needed set of skills, but what role do you fill?” Over time, I came to understand that those roles do not always exist within traditional organizational structures.

That realization led me to chart a formal path through consulting. Whole Health Consulting LLC was created to offer a financially responsible way for organizations, foundations, and leaders to engage with experienced guidance without requiring permanent roles, new positions, or added organizational burden.

Rather than filling a single position, I’ve found that fractional engagement and contract-based consulting often lead to the greatest impact. This approach supports thoughtful, practical progress while respecting budgets, organizational realities, and the people doing the work.
